"We love our children and know that they are the future of our church!  We have a Sunday school class dedicated to young children Sunday mornings at 10am.  Starting this fall we will be adding a children's program that will meet on Sunday nights starting at 5:30pm with dinner, a time of Bible study and fellowship time."

At Mount Zion Baptist Church, we are dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of our youngest members through our vibrant Children's Ministry. We believe that every child is a precious gift from God, and it is our joy and responsibility to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can experience God's love and learn about His Word. Our Children's Ministry is designed to provide a strong foundation for faith while making every child feel valued, loved, and part of our church family.

Through engaging lessons, interactive activities, and a caring community, we strive to create an atmosphere where children can explore the teachings of Jesus Christ in a way that is both meaningful and fun. Our team of dedicated and passionate volunteers is committed to helping children develop a personal relationship with God, teaching them biblical values, and equipping them with the tools they need to navigate the challenges of life with a strong faith. Whether it's through Sunday School classes, creative arts and crafts, exciting events, or heartfelt worship, our Children's Ministry aims to create lasting memories and a deep-rooted understanding of God's word that will accompany our young ones throughout their lives.
