Mount Zion Baptist Church

As a Sophomore in high school, Ben surrendered his life to Christ following a Sunday morning church service. One year later he was called into the ministry to fulfill God's plan for his life. After making the best decision of his life by following Christ, he would make his second best decision six years later, by marrying his best friend and wife Yancy. Having been raised as a pastor's kid his whole life, Ben is no stranger to a life of leadership ministry. In 2016 he began that leadership ministry journey in the footsteps of his father, but the calling of his heavenly Father. Each day, God is continuing to sanctify Ben for daily devotion, study and prayer. From his previous stint in student ministry, Ben is now excited to see how God will move in his now associate pastor role here at Mount Zion.
